Senoc Construction partners with licensed, reputable logistics providers to ensure secure and efficient international delivery. While we do not directly handle shipping, we coordinate all arrangements through trusted freight forwarders. Available Incoterms include:

1. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Door-to-Door

  • Sea freight from the Philippines
  • Import customs clearance, duties, and taxes included
  • Inland delivery directly to the customer’s address

Recommended for clients seeking a fully managed and stress-free shipping solution.

2. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Port-to-Port

  • Ocean freight to the destination port
  • Export documentation and marine insurance provided
  • Buyer is responsible for import clearance and inland transportation

Suitable for buyers with import experience who prefer managing local logistics.

3. DAP (Delivered at Place) – To Inland Destination

  • International shipping and inland delivery up to the agreed location
  • Buyer handles customs clearance, import duties, and taxes

A flexible option for buyers needing delivery assistance but with control over import procedures.

4. FOB (Free on Board) – Port of Manila Pickup

  • Export documents and port handling arranged by Senoc
  • Buyer manages the freight from Manila, including insurance, import clearance, and final delivery

Ideal for clients with established freight forwarding partners.

Transit Duration

  • Express shipping: 20–30 days
  • Standard shipping: 35–50 days
    (Transit times vary based on route availability and destination country.)

Shipping Methods

Container Shipping

  • 20ft container: Fits 1–2 compact machines
  • 40ft container: Fits up to 3 tractors or 1 combine
    Standard and secure method suitable for most destinations.

RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off)

  • Machines are driven directly onto the vessel deck
    Efficient for wheeled equipment with minimal handling required.

Flatdeck Shipping

  • Equipment is secured onto an open flatbed or deck space
    Used for large or irregular-shaped machinery that cannot fit in containers.

Logistics Process

  1. Order confirmation and 30% deposit
  2. Pre-shipping inspection with detailed photo and video documentation
  3. Port loading and dispatch through a licensed logistics provider
  4. Real-time shipping updates via WhatsApp or email
  5. Final delivery (DDP/DAP) or port collection (CIF/FOB)
  6. 70% balance payment due prior to release of documents

We ensure full transparency and traceability at every stage.

Inspection Policy

  • On-site inspections available by appointment only, supervised by Senoc staff
  • Unscheduled or unsupervised yard visits are not permitted
  • Full visual documentation (photos/videos) is provided pre-shipment
  • For FOB transactions, pre-deposit inspections are allowed with a refundable 10% holding fee
