All transactions are governed by a formal purchase agreement. A copy of the contract will be provided for review prior to payment. Below is a summary of key terms:
Agreement Activation
The agreement becomes effective upon mutual acceptance and confirmation of the 30% deposit.
Delivery & Documentation
Shipping is initiated once the 30% deposit has cleared.
Pre-shipping inspection by a third-party is included for all units prior to dispatch.
Commercial invoice and shipping documents are issued upon booking confirmation.
Insurance Coverage
Marine insurance is included under CIF and DDP terms.
Insurance details are provided within three (3) business days of loading.
Inspection & Claims
Buyer may inspect the equipment upon arrival at destination.
Claims regarding quality or damage must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
No claims are accepted beyond 30 days from arrival date.
All claims must be supported by third-party inspection reports and documentation (e.g., SGS survey, packing list, shipping documents).
Warranty Terms
Units under 5 years old: Covered by a 180-day limited warranty
Units 5 to 10 years old: Covered by a 90-day limited warranty
Warranty covers essential components only: engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems
Coverage begins on the date of delivery and applies to normal use only
Force Majeure
Senoc is not liable for delays or non-performance due to uncontrollable events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, labor strikes, port closures, or government restrictions
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are governed by ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) rules
Arbitration shall be conducted in Paris, France under the authority of the ICC International Court of Arbitration
The ruling of the arbitration is final and binding
Ownership Transfer
Legal ownership of the equipment is transferred only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
